Location worked wonderfully. It allowed simple walks to main attractions. The room was spacious also very clean. I loved the helpful and friendly staff.

Maria at the front desk showed deep patients with my questions. The doorman presented helpful suggestions regarding local dinings. The entire staff seemed caring about guest needs.

Breakfast croissants had an amazing flavor. Toasties on the next block provided a great late breakfast suggestion. The hotel also arranged car service back to the airport, it made leaving simple.

The location was a real highlight. Very convenient for accessing many key attractions. The room had a modern design and it was impeccably clean. I also appreciated the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out (it made everything very simple).
I found that the room lacked a coffee maker. I had to request it, because i enjoy a fresh cup in the morning.

The staff offered quick and friendly assistance throughout my visit, especially at the front desk. They handled requests promptly. The concierge services were amazing, and helped with directions and reservations. The check-in process was seamless and efficient.

The room was clean, and it included modern amenities, such as a flat-screen television and high-speed internet. The bed was comfortable, with crisp linens, and the bathroom included premium toiletries. I loved the blackout curtains with a dark sleeping environment.

Satisfactory visit, but some issues noticed

I enjoyed the fast check-in process. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that the hotel is only a few blocks from Radio City Music Hall (which I visited) and Rockefeller Center. Mass transit, pharmacies, and places to eat are also very close.
There were no amenities in the room. There was no coffee maker and also no menus available. I found the Wi-Fi unusable since it constantly dropped (this was frustrating).
